Mellow and Move offers exceptionally high quality yoga and movement classes. A new schedule is offered every season with the option to purchase full series or to drop in.

Yoga classes are temporarily on hold due to lack of studio space in my new location.

I am currently looking for a new space to host my classes. I will keep you posted.

Private Yoga

I offer private yoga classes for families, sport teams, work teams, friend groups, and special events.

One on one yoga classes are available as well.

Classes are custom designed for your goals, fitness level, and needs. Massage, meditation, music, hot wheat bags, cold eye pillows, yoga mats and props, and tea are all included.

Prices start at $100/hr. Cost is based on whether I need to supply a venue for the session.
