YOGA
Mellow and Move offers exceptionally high quality yoga and movement classes. A new schedule is offered every season with the option to purchase full series or to drop in.
There is a little something for everybody.
Yoga Schedule
Private Yoga
I offer private yoga classes for families, sport teams, work teams, friend groups, and special events.

The studio has room for up to 6 participants. I am available to travel to a venue of your choice or I can supply a larger venue if required (for larger groups).
​
One on one yoga classes are available as well.
​
Classes are custom designed for your goals, fitness level, and needs. Massage, meditation, music, hot wheat bags, cold eye pillows, yoga mats and props, and tea are all included.
​
Prices start at $100/hr and would go up if I need to travel to you or supply a larger venue.
